I was there for three weeks meet amazing people and even had some laughs. The staff was amazing and was really polite. I was sad to leave because i was leaving behind people who i cared about and who cared about me. While being there i laughed harder than i ever have and laughed way more. I believe that this place is honestly not as bad as everyone writes about . I made friends, laughed, and learned amazing things to do when I'm feeling depressed. So thank you to everyone there who helped me become happy again.
I'm putting 3 Stars as of right now, I'm not exactly sure how you guys work. I know my dad just came in today. I honestly want the best for him and actually take care of him like they should. He didn't go here to not get help, this is the first time ever in my life. Did he give a rehab a chance. Just hope you guys understand and help him the best you can. I want this to be a good outcome for him. He is going here to get help for his drinking. He did this all on his own. Please God and the people here please take care of my father. His kids and grandchildren want the best for him and over come this demon inside of him from his drinking. Please and thank you !
It was very helpful to me the techs were very nice to everyone 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
They helped me so much .people who give bad reviews are there for the wrong reasons
I went through the Rox program a decade ago and had a very helpful and positive experience. I've recently started drinking again and feel as though I should seek treatment. I've applied to and look forward to undergoing treatment once more at this excellent hospital.
This place helped me after I poked myself with a pen! Thanks!
I thought it was helpful. Could be cleaner. Could have better food. But overal. Ok.
I was here for 17 days and the staff helped so much and showed they actually wanted the best for us. They show they care and they put themselves in our shoes. I was scared to come here but they helped a lot.
The staff here cares about all the patients. On the CD (chemical dependency) side patients get a 10 min. phone call every day. There are counseling groups the patients go to during the week. It is not a medical detox so the patients aren't given subaxone or methadone. Some people come here, because they like that. They want to be clean off everything. This facility also specializes in dual (psychiatric and addiction) diagnosis because there are psych wards and the chemical dependency unit.
Staff was kind for the most part, really appreciate Buffy for helping my fiancé and I through the process of getting him settled in the treatment center as well as calling me to establish his release date. Had a few nurses word for word tell me I may need to call to pick up my finances "contraband" I'll get a run around, but just keep calling... As a matter of a fact one of the nurses even went as far to say that my fiancée will not be able to call me but I can leave a message and she "may or may not get the message to him." Although some people may or may not need to be fired, there are good people there and my fiancé gained a lot from the program.

This place changed my life all the staff and nurses were very helpful to me it's a place I will recommend to anyone that is trying to get help
This was my first rehab of many and it was beaitiful. The counselors were great . I felt at home and welcomed. I also remember feeling a sense of unity there that i hadn't felt in a long time. I might not have stayed clean due to my own roadblocks and unreadynes but first the first time in my life i opened up, i screamed, i cried, i laughed, and i learned that there was a better way of life then the one one i was used to....
It depends on the patients there, I've been there twice and the first time was really nice and calm, the patients where all great, the second time there was a lot of drama and it was always loud. It overall helped me the first time but I didn't need it the second time.
